1 bell pepper
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 round cut deer steaks
1 C. catsup
1 dash parsley
salt and pepper
2 T. A-1 sauce
2 T. Barbeque sauce
1 T. mustard
1 hot pepper if desired

Boil steak until tender.  Brown lightly on both sides.  Make sauce from
catsup, bbq sauce, and mustard.  Add spices and simmer one hour.  Add pepper
strips and simmer 20 minutes.
