In addition, everyone IS already "SELF-MOTIVATED" they just do not realize they are, and do not apply that information they already know about to other areas in their life. Do you play sports? You are motivated. Do you enjoy cooking? You are motivated. Do you have any hobby? You are motivated. When you wish to motivate yourself in any other area, chose one in which you are already motivated. Something you would do without getting paid because you enjoy it so much. Then, think of that experience in DETAIL. Review it and recall in whatever way you normally do, anything you can see when having that experience. Then review it and recall anything you can hear. Recall it and recall anthing you can FEEL, paying most attention to the pleasant physical feelings. Then think about the are you wish to be more motivated in. Be aware of something you see, hear, feel. Then imagine you are DOING that or participating in that activity, FEELING the way you feel when doing something where you are highly motivated. OR even just switch back and forth between the two memories, one where you are motivated, and one where you want to be MORE motivated. Switch between these memories not less than seven, and as many as ten times...... Do this four times each day for four days and be aware of the change in yoru attitude in the area where you desired more motivation. In effect what you have done, is programmed your brain to create the same feelings about the new area, which you had about the one where already motivated. Want to be more motivated? Just keep practicing this for at least a month. Research has shown that when you do, in 30 days you can be as effective in the new area as if you had been practicing those things for as long as five years.
